Refunds

If you believe your order has not arrived, please email us with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item arrives defective due to our fault.

You receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return:

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for your return.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse.
