Returns & Refunds Policy

At PlayGearClub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

Refunds

 

  • No refunds will be issued unless your order does not arrive.

  • If you believe your order has not arrived, please email us with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate.

 

 

Returns

 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

 

  1. The item arrives defective due to our fault.

  2. You receive the wrong item.

 

To initiate a return:

 

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • Please email us at PLAYGEARTALK@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a picture of the defective or incorrect item.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for your return.

 

 

Additional Notes

 

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.
